Deacon's qualifications to serve if divorced.
Look at 1 Timothy 3:1-15. Notice verse two says, "A husband of one wife." This could have several meanings. 1) It could mean that he must be married. 2) Polygamy and/or concubines are strictly forbidden. 3) A divorced person should not serve as a bishop. 4) A deacon could not remarry if widowed.
